Very good customer service I had a problem with my Pontiac G6 and Mr. Hinz attend to solve the problem very fast. Stress Free Car Buying Experience My husband and I worked with Bryn. We were looking to buy a new jetta and Bryn made the process easy. He knew all the information about the newer vs. older models which made us feel confident in not only him as a seller but that the newer Jetta was what we wanted. I needed a commuter car so gas mileage was imporatant to me. Unlike other dealerships where they were constantly trying to get me to go for the highest trim level which was always the most expensive and normally got worse gas mileage. Bryn was straightforward with us and told us not to get the highest trim level as the gas mileage is lower. There were many instances like that while working with him where he was straightforward and honest with us. I would highly reccomend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a VW. It was the easiest buying experience either of us have ever had. I would also highly reccomend working with Bryn! More
