I've have been working with Mike Maroone North for ten months trying to get a new vehicle. When the vehicle with options I wanted became available to order, I put down a deposit and placed an order, over months trying to get a new vehicle. When the vehicle with options I wanted became available to order, I put down a deposit and placed an order, over five months ago. My order was never delivered and it took over two months for them to tell me it had been recalled...supposedly. The new car manager, Josh Gunter, then told me he put my name on another vehicle. Josh never returns my emails or phone calls and told me he doesn't always check his email so I visited him in person. He first lied to me about still waiting for the vehicle for me to be delivered and then when I pressed him to look up the vehicle by order number to give me a status update, he told me they sold the vehicle to someone else. Lots of change over at this dealership. The general manager has changed since I have been working with them. Also, the new car sales manager. As well as my salesperson quit. Communication is poor and follow through is terrible as well. Just be aware of the type of people you're dealing with if you buy from this dealership. More

I am extremely disappointed in the service I received yesterday! I leased my 2020 Equinox from this dealership and received a $20 coupon for an oil change so instead of using one of the many oil change s yesterday! I leased my 2020 Equinox from this dealership and received a $20 coupon for an oil change so instead of using one of the many oil change stores in Monument where I live, I drove 30 minutes south thinking that my 12 Noon appointment would get me in and out in a decent time. Wrong! 1-1/2 hours later, the 4-man service department consisted of only 1 man who was great in tracking down my car, even though THAT took 15 minutes because the assistance service manager was "on the phone!" My helper finally located my car only to discover that it had not been serviced! So much for customer satisfaction! I will NEVER return here again and want it to be known that this service department needs some serious attention!!! More
