As I was cruising downtown my info center flashed a brief message " change oil soon". I did not have an appointment so I decided to do a walk in. Surprised me some, come on in, no problem. Drove my hummer in for a diagnostic test and they wanted $6,000 to fix something that was brand new. I told them no and when I went to pick up my car it wouldn't start had to have it towed away. It appear $6,000 to fix something that was brand new. I told them no and when I went to pick up my car it wouldn't start had to have it towed away. It appears they sabatoged my vehicle. I had to pay $500.00 to fix what they screwed up. I'm reporting them to the better business bureau. More

Absolutely ridiculous that this dealership automatically charges $1,999 for a "protekt it" package, in addition to the MSRP on a new vehicle. You might want to ask the customer if they want the package ins charges $1,999 for a "protekt it" package, in addition to the MSRP on a new vehicle.
