I came to them because my Saturn was having issues starting. They ran a diagnostic on it and since they couldn't find anything wrong didn't charge me for the diagnostic. They have great customer service representatives who spell out the issues in layman's terms but don't make you feel stupid. I have come back several times for oil changes, new battery, etc. and have been equally pleased each time. They are great to work with for auto service.
