Over a period of four months, we had some major issues with our battery - the problem ended up being with our onstar system. I was leaving the next day for vacation when my warning light came on. I came in and John Berry got my truck in and had it fixed. Jon Berry and the staff worked very hard to correct my trucks problem it took longer than expected but Jon stayed in contact to advise me of progress on my truck. I came to them because my Saturn was having issues starting. They ran a diagnostic on it and since they couldn't find anything wrong didn't charge me for the diagnostic. They have great customer service representatives who spell out the issues in layman's terms but don't make you feel stupid. I have come back several times for oil changes, new battery, etc. and have been equally pleased each time. They are great to work with for auto service. I will continue coming back to them and would recommend them to anyone. More
Dealership is immaculate and they've gone out of their way to accomodate me on more than one occasion. They're consistently outgoing and friendly and low key. It's like you're dealing with family. Jeff Sheldahl does an outstanding job in the internet sales office and I would highly recommend contacting him via phone or e-mail, even if your specific vehicle isn't on their website. He'll find it and you won't be disappointed! I won't be switching dealerships even though I have to travel over 60 miles to get to McCaddon in Boulder from Castle Rock. More
