Our purchase experience was excellent, beginning with a friendly, low-key introduction by salesman, Doyle Eicher. We eventually took a test drive which provided Doyle with the opportunity to point out the outstanding features of the CTS. During the closing, we spent a few minutes with Justin Gasman, the Finance Director there. Justin was polite, knowledgeable, and provided understandable information regarding financing options, extended warranties, and various service plans. Overall, the entire experience at McCaddon was pleasant and stress-free. We'll definitely look at these folks again when we require another vehicle change. More

Arlene was great at showing the car without being pushy and was patient and thorough while explaining aspects of the car. Justin was very straight forward and concise discussing the finance element, and the additional options for the car. Upon our arrival at McCaddon we were greeted by Doyle. What a gem of a salesman. We let him know our thoughts and we looked at the car and he would recommend it but wanted to show us the Veranno. After driving the Regal I decided it was the one. Doyle was very patient and thorough in our dealings. What a compassionate man as my daughter had a hurtful phone call while we were there and he was concerned about her. Not many salesman that I have dealt with in the past have been so compassionate. He worked with me extensively on the phone as I ran around town on a busy Saturday filled with family activities and stayed late to get the purchase finished ahead of our new baby (due any minute).
