From the first time I called and spoke with Lauren Steward I felt at ease and taken care of. Lauren, Brian, Justin and the entire team were kind, helpful, and sympathetic to my past situation. We were able to purchase the perfect car for my family with little hassle and without feeling like we were being lied to or fed a story. It was very apparent that my choice of vehicle and overall happiness were important to the team. They even gave my daughter a stuffed animal "car fox" that she absolutely adores. My daughter is 2 years old and was walking hand in hand with Lauren after about 30 minutes of chatting with her. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle in the Boulder area or anywhere in Colorado, I would recommend with full confidence McCaddon!! Very Pleasant Experience I find car buying very stressful and Jeff made it super easy and pleasant for us. He was very knowledgeable about the car that we were looking at. We called on our way and talked to Jeff. By the time we arrived at the dealership, Jeff had the vehicle right out front and had all the information for the vehicle. He was able to answer each and every question we had. We ended up leaving to look at a few other cars that day and I felt no pressure from Jeff that we were walking off the lot without buying a car right then. He shook our hands, handed us a card and told us if we had any questions to please give him a call. We looked at 3 other vehicles that day, but did not care for any as much as the one at McCaddon. We called Jeff and told him we really wanted the vehicle we had drove that morning. He was not at the office but told us he would call back as soon as he returned with some numbers. We received a call back very quickly with numbers. We returned to McCaddon and Jeff had prepared as much as possible for us in advance. The car had even been washed. We were able to buy the vehicle of our dreams with the help of Jeff and Steve. If you are looking for a great experience I would definitely recommend this dealership and Jeff Engle. More

Unbelievable service and customer appreciation I bought an Audi Q7 from Wendal back in November '14. Justin was the finance guy on this purchase. Despite the fact that I wasn't buying a new car, I bought an Audi Q7 from Wendal back in November '14. Justin was the finance guy on this purchase. Despite the fact that I wasn't buying a new car, nor a GMC/Buick, I had by far the best experience I've ever had in a dealership. Justin managed to get me an incredible rate on financing, lower than any other competitor. And to top all this off, just after Christmas, I received a package from FedEx. Wondering what this could be, I opened it to find a gift basket of various Harry and David treats, along with a personally written thank you note from Wendal. Great experience/Quality people We needed to quickly replace my wife's pickup after it was damaged in an accident. We had previously used McCaddon's for service on a GMC vehicle and We needed to quickly replace my wife's pickup after it was damaged in an accident. We had previously used McCaddon's for service on a GMC vehicle and had always been happy with that experience. We saw a newly listed used truck on their website that looked like a good fit for our needs and price range. The vehicle was in Ft Collins; our sales consultant Arlene Ott arranged to have the truck driven to Boulder the next morning. We decided to purchase the truck and sales manager Brian Hanks got it fully inspected and had some minor repairs made so we could pick it up the next day. Arlene was completely attentive to our needs with the truck and the fast turn-around - we would recommend her without reservation. Justin Gasman moved us through the paperwork quickly and explained all options available to us. This is a dealership that cares about it's customers and it shows in the quality people they have on staff. Thanks! More

He was truly there to help us leave satisfied with a car. Which we did!!!! Justin in financing was really friendly and helpful.
