Most pleasant car buying experience I called the dealership and asked to speak to someone about a used car I saw online. I was fortunate to get Lauren Steward on the phone. She was cheerful and accommodating in answering my questions and when I asked for the CarFax, she had it to my e-mail inbox almost before I hung up the phone. I met her later in the day to look at the car and for a test drive. The car was put inside (as it was below 20 and snowing outside) so I could review it with her without losing a digit or two. Although she is still fairly new in the industry, she was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The price was very fair and I was taken in to meet with Justin (F&I Manager). Justin was awesome as the paperwork went quick and he beat the rate from my credit union. Even though I was buying a used car, Justin made sure to introduce me to Mr. McCaddon who happened to be in the store. I have purchased many cars in my life and this dealership was exceptional in all aspects from the time I called Lauren on the phone until I walked out with my car. 6 Stars if I could give them. We had a list of several Mazda 6's for sale at dealerships and private in the Denver area. We live in a small town 2 hours away and were anticipating a very long day. We decided to call the place with the newest Mazda 6 first. We called about 45 minutes out. When we arrived, the first person that greeted us, Becky, let us know the car and salesman, Jeff, were waiting for us to test drive. Our daughter drove it and loved it because of the excellent condition it was in. We loved it because the price was very good compared to the other older Mazdas on our list. Jeff had the Carfax and service records for us to review and answered all our questions. At no time did we feel pressured, only welcomed. We made an offer, which was accepted, and Justin finished the process. As the car was being cleaned for us, we enjoyed free sub sandwiches and Jeff gave us Denver Bronco t-shirts! Of course we are huge fans of sandwiches and the Broncos : ) Everyone was so friendly and made my daughter feel very special. McCaddon rocks! More
Took the extended warranty and happy we did! In May of 2013 we purchased a 2010 Cadillac SRX for my wife. At the time we also took the extended warranty. This proved to be a very good move. Af In May of 2013 we purchased a 2010 Cadillac SRX for my wife. At the time we also took the extended warranty. This proved to be a very good move. After almost a year there were problems attributed to the turbo and we ended up taking the car in a number of times. mechanics even called GM, but they were stumped. It finally turned out to be a 4 inch vacuum tube on the turbo sensor and replacing the sensor was $88. The amount we would have spent on this issue was far more than the price of the extended warranty. I want to thank the finance manager who convinced us we were making the right choice. Salesman Wendall Borchert is a true professional & very thorough. He kept me informed throughout the 6 or 7 weeks from ordering to arrival. He is does a great job of "tutoring" on the new vehicle. This is my third purchase from Wendall since 2003. I would highly recommend him. Finance Director Justin Gasmon did a great job. He fully eplains everything including offers of warranty extensions, etc. He had everything ready & printed out & again fully explained options on finanacing including additonal cash with the trade. etc. He thoroughly explained each document I was signing, Both are extremely personable, patient & professional.
