Excellent sales experience. Good prices, no sales games. I've purchased many vehicles from dealerships along the front range of Colorado. My experience at McCaddon in Boulder was as good as it gets. Afte I've purchased many vehicles from dealerships along the front range of Colorado. My experience at McCaddon in Boulder was as good as it gets. After much shopping around online I went to McCaddon based on a competitive prices. After getting to the dealership I was even more impressed. My salesperson (Lauren) helped me find exactly what I was looking for and didn't try to "push" anything on me that I didn't want/need. They started with a fair estimate and did not play any of the typical sales games at any point in my buying process. No monkeying with hidden fees, charges, etc. It was a fair deal from the start to the end. The exact same could be said for the finance office (Justin). The buying process was straight forward, fair, and fast. All in all, I would recommend McCaddon to anyone in the market for a new car. Fair and good prices. Friendly helpful staff. No games in financing. More

Wendell Borchert was very knowledgeable regarding the new Buick we purchased and was not the typical pushy car sales person trying to close the deal. We were nervous about dealing online but previous reviews were excellent and our salesperson, Arlene Ott, was exceptional. She answered all of our questions and she and the staff assisted throughout the process. We were treated as valued customers. We are pleased beyond our expectations with the vehicle. Best dealership buying experience ever Hi all, Back in September we leased an ELR. Its would be impossible for the folks to have been nicer, or more professional. There was no stress, no pressure and everyone went way out of their way to help. We have had the car in for one service so far and have brought our Chevy Volt in too. The service has always been top notch and stress free. We love our ELR and hope Cadillac offers a follow on car that offers the Voltec Technology or even a pure BEV.
