I purchased a new GMC Acadia in Oct. from them and was so happy with the SUV and the service they provided, I came back in March and just purchased a new Terrain for my wife. They both went out of there way to have us taken care of. I have referred many friends and family to McCaddon as I know they will be taken care of. In addition unlike other places I have been, their follow up is superior to make sure everything is going great and you are truly happy with your purchase. Our experience with Zach was positive; he was professional and courteous, answering all our questions, as was the rest of the staff. The dealership is well-equipped and very clean; the only negative I would bring up is that we waited close to 2 hours to meet with the only finance manager at the dealership, and all we really needed to do was write a check for the vehicle. My suggestion would be to have someone available at the dealership who is cross-trained to handle the financial end of a car purchase. More
