It was fun, a pleasure to do business with all of the employees I dealt with, relaxed, no pressure, and I was treated like I really mattered to them. The most important customer at that time, even though they had several customers in the store. After the deal was completed I returned a week later for some additional dealer installed options. The service department , parts department, and salesperson were so helpful in making my truck, my truck. Larry, Laureen, Chris, Justin, and Mike thank you all for your help, caring, and kindness. Service was excellent for a tire replacement I have a 2104 CTS that was experiencing a loss of pressure in the right rear tire. Chris Cook, with whom I have done business with for many years, got the car right in, told me there was a nail near the side wall that could not be repaired. This was a late Friday afternoon. Chris needed to order a tire for Monday replacement. He got me in a courtesy car for the weekend, got the replacement done on Monday and me back in my car just as promised. Chris is a great service adviser and McCaddons has always treated me well. I will continue to take my service needs to McCaddons. More
