Great, unexpected sales/finance service I recently purchased a used 2011 BMW 750i xDrive from McCaddon, and left with not only a great price but fantastic service. Obviously, buying a BMW fr I recently purchased a used 2011 BMW 750i xDrive from McCaddon, and left with not only a great price but fantastic service. Obviously, buying a BMW from a GMC/Cadillac dealership doesn't lend much by way of additional revenue to the business by way of service, however I never felt as though I wasn't treated as well as a customer shopping for their brand. Jeff was who I worked with on the sales side, and Jeff helped work with me to get the price of the vehicle in a spot that worked for both of us. Usually, used car sales tend to place you in that 'high pressure' room sort of scenario, and thankfully none of that happened with Jeff. I was able to walk away from the dealership and consider other opportunities without the typical hassling that goes on with a dealer visit. After visiting other dealers, I found that McCaddon -- indeed -- had the best price for the vehicle I was searching for. Once Jeff and I agreed on a price, I worked with Justin to finalize the purchase. Surprisingly enough, I came in with checks cut and financing read to go, and Justin offered to see if he could get me a better deal (through the same bank, mind you). Justin helped secure me a better loan, take care of taxes and registration, keep my payments the same, and save me ~$5000 off the financing -- ALL FROM THE SAME BANK! Justin was nothing short of amazing, and I'm glad I had the opportunity to work with him. I felt no pressure from him, either, having to purchase those crazy dealership extras that they roll into loans. I picked the things that would benefit me, and we were on our way. At the end of the day, I walked in not expecting much, and left feeling extremely satisfied with my purchase. The price, service, and overall experience was great. More

My husband was in communication with Lauren Steward before we went in and she was very helpful. When we went to the dealership to look at the car, Becky Edmiston did the test drive with us. She was so nice and personable. It felt like we had been old friends. She was never pushy or rude, which is what we had experienced at other places. When we decided to purchase the car it was about 20 minutes past their closing time. The team that was helping us stayed late for 2 hours while we got everything in order. They were patient and never rushed us or made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. Justin Gasman was very good at answering all of our questions and walking us through everything. If you are looking for a place to go that makes you feel respected and treated like a guest, I highly recommend McCaddons! More
