My husband was in communication with Lauren Steward before we went in and she was very helpful. When we went to the dealership to look at the car, Becky Edmiston did the test drive with us. She was so nice and personable. It felt like we had been old friends. She was never pushy or rude, which is what we had experienced at other places. When we decided to purchase the car it was about 20 minutes past their closing time. The team that was helping us stayed late for 2 hours while we got everything in order. They were patient and never rushed us or made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. Justin Gasman was very good at answering all of our questions and walking us through everything.
