Oh no Roger retired! My family has been buying cars from Mccaddon since I was a kid. Over that last century we have worked with Roger when purchasing a new car. My 80 year old mother needed a new car and like always we headed to Mccaddon to find Roger. But, Roger was not there. They tell me he retired. Why they couldn't give him a new GM walker with OnStar and a extended oxygen line is beyond me. Our family was now forced to forge a new relationship with a young salesman named Zach. Zach was in worse shape than Roger as he had recently broke his leg and could barely walk. Hopping around on one leg Zach led us on several test drives to allow my mom to make a decision on just what car she wanted to buy. He was patient, polite and honest. After settling in on the Buick Lacross he located a white one that mom really wanted. But, later that night she changed her mind and decided maybe the brown one would be better. No problem, Zach began searching for that. But wait, mom changed her mind again and wanted red. Zach located a red one with all the options and it was delivered on time as promised. The finance and paper work process went smoothly and quickly via Justin. We were again pleased with the customer service provided by Mccaddon's during our buying process. I'm sure we will continue to see excellent service from the service department over the next several years until such time as mom is again on the hunt for a new car. More

Another great car ordering / buying experience from McCaddon It was time to replace our 06 CTS and we had decided on the new ATS Coupe, we looked all around Denver and could not find anything close to what we wa It was time to replace our 06 CTS and we had decided on the new ATS Coupe, we looked all around Denver and could not find anything close to what we wanted, so we knew we would have to order it. After an unpleasant experience at another dealership in town closer to home where we looking at a larger variety of the Coupe's. , my wife and i looked at each other and said, OK, off to Mccadden to order it. We had ordered and purchased off the lot before from Mccaddon and they had always been helpful. Walked on the lot and met Jeff Katz who was very helpful and easy to do business with. We ended up ordering the car that day and after the wait was finally over, our new baby had arrived, Jeff communicated throughout the process as to what was happening and confirmed we got the dealer add on's we wanted. Justin was very helpful doing the paperwork process and ended up saving us a little more than we had expected on our loan. He was knowledgeable regarding the other add on's we ended up buying for our car. It’s hard enough finding a car salesman that’s knowledgeable and easy to work with, let alone being able to do repeat business with them. It’s refreshing to be able to deal with the same good salesman over several years. Zach always remembers my wife and I. He goes out of his way to ensure we purchase the right vehicle for us. This last purchase was the quickest I’ve ever had. Zach and Justin (finance) had all the paperwork ready to go when I picked up the car. Everything was thoroughly explained without pressure to purchase additional warranties or options. They let me know what was available and left it up to me. Service on previous vehicles has been excellent as well. The McCaddon staff is always professional, polite, and knowledgeable. I look forward to buying my next Cadillac from them. More

We were greeted by a manager (don't remember his name) upon entering the sales room. He listened to our situation and promptly found us a salesman (Steve) to take care of us. Steve was very helpful in discussing what vehicle options might be available to us within our price point. We assumed the Terrain would be our best option and Steve was able to confirm that for us. He took us out and showed us a few different models equipped with different options and prices. At this point Steve had a previously scheduled appointment and handed us off to Jeff. Jeff took us on a red drive and was quite knowledgeable of the Terrain's available features. We decided on a 2015 Terrain SLT-2 for lease. Jeff was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The finance portion was handled by Justin and he was also very easy to deal with. He was understanding and not at all pushy. Obviously they have upgrades and products they want to up-sell to their customers but Justin was very understanding and didn't push when we said no to an offered option. The paperwork was fast, smooth and simple. Overall, our experience with McCaddon was very easy, very simple and actually enjoyable. Hat's off to Jeff and Justin for making our experience stress free and a pleasure. More

I told her I'd like to see the car and would be available to stop by the dealership after lunch. Arlene showed me the car - we chatted about other things too - she was very helpful. I had forgotten my current insurance card (I did not drive myself there) and she called my agent, got copies of the card, and in general took care of everything. It was a busy day and three other people were buying cars that afternoon so we decided it would be best to wait until morning to finalize everything with the financing. I was told to "bring your dog" in the morning because everyone wanted to meet her. Justin Gasman and Arlene met me in the morning and Justin went over the financing in great detail - he got me exactly the loan I wanted without a lot of fuss - I told him what I had in mind and it was basically done. I drove away with my dream vehicle, a 2012 Touareg TDI Exec. More
