Outstanding service! I drove out to Boulder from Ohio for my 2 1/2 week master’s program summer intensive, and the turbocharger in my 2012 Chevy Cruze 1LT RS 6M failed, c I drove out to Boulder from Ohio for my 2 1/2 week master’s program summer intensive, and the turbocharger in my 2012 Chevy Cruze 1LT RS 6M failed, causing the “check engine” light to come on. I found McCaddon Cadillac GMC Buick by a Google search for area GM dealerships, as my car is still under power train warranty, and I did not want to risk the 1200 mile drive home without consulting with a mechanic. When I arrived at McCaddon Monday morning (and hoped to head home after class Wednesday), I was greeted by service consultant Randy Blaine, and I could tell his entire department was extremely busy as there were techs and mechanics scrambling in all directions. I explained my situation and he said he was overbooked for today, but could squeeze me in the next morning. I returned Tuesday morning, and dropped my car off. I was offered a shuttle to class, but preferred to walk. Randy called me later in the day, explained the situation with my turbocharger, and advised against driving home without repairs. He also reassured me the repairs would be covered under warranty. He indicated they did not have all the necessary parts in stock to complete the repair, but would have them sent overnight. The next day, some of the parts were still missing, so he had a tech physically drive to another dealership to pick them up. He then called several other customers ahead of me in the repair queue, and informed them of an emergency that would have to take priority over their service. He said it would be unlikely that I could leave for home Wednesday as I had planned, but he could have my car ready Thursday morning. He did call as promised Thursday morning, and sent a shuttle to pick me up from the house where I had stayed overnight. My car was in perfect working order with a complimentary wash, and I made it back to Ohio (where I work two jobs) only one day later than expected. I could not believe a dealership who had never seen me before, and knew I would never be a regular customer, treated me so well. They scrambled to obtain the necessary parts and bumped me ahead of local customers to make sure I did not miss any additional time at work back in Ohio. The repairs were also completely free of charge, due to GM’s warranty program. Additionally, Randy kept me apprised of the status of the repairs, and always had a shuttle available if needed. Love McCaddon. I won't go anywhere else I have bought several cars from McCaddon and LOVE the staff and service there. Everyone has gone above and beyond to accommodate me. Dave in service meets me at my car, washes it every time and is always accommodating if I need a ride or extra maintenance. Zach has always been been my salesman and has always made the process easy and fast. Even going elsewhere to find higher bids for my trade-ins. He texts, emails and even has come in on days off to accommodate my schedule. He knows EVERYTHING about the cars on and off the lot and is honest. As for Justin Gasman, I cannot say enough about him as a business manager and just a nice guy. As a small business owner I recognize what an amazing asset he is to McCaddon and hope that all of my employees would work as hard as he does. My family only drives cars from McCaddon and when my children are old enough for their own cars I can trust that I will get a great deal, a safe car and amazing service. More

Afterwards we then saw Justin Gasman for the finance and he explained everything about the lease since we were new to that. I have been a lifelong Ford owner but wasn't happy with the Ford options in the area, so I narrow This was my first experience dealing with McCaddon. I have been a lifelong Ford owner but wasn't happy with the Ford options in the area, so I narrowed my choices to McCaddon and the local Jeep dealership. I met first with Arlene Ott, who showed me around the lot and explained the various options on each Acadia. We had a great conversation in her office afterward as we waited for my car to be appraised and the paperwork to be drawn up. I met next with Justin Gasman to go over the financing options. Justin explained the options that were available and thoroughly reviewed each one in detail. Oh, did I mention that he also has a great sense of humor? All in all, I decided to forego my planned trip to the Jeep dealer and decided to go with McCaddon. I'm not used to saying this about an auto dealership, but I had a great experience and received excellent customer service during my visit. I'm sold on McCaddon. Excellent Customer service, Great Price I was shopping around and McCaddon had exactly what I wanted. I was looking at the same car (but a later model year with 10k more miles that was price I was shopping around and McCaddon had exactly what I wanted. I was looking at the same car (but a later model year with 10k more miles that was priced 3k above what McCaddon had for a newer model year and 10k below) Needless to say, it was a no brainer to take the trip up to Boulder. Jeff Katz and Justin in finance were great and low pressure. I left with the exact car I wanted and the process was smooth. Thank you! More

From the time we purchased a new Buick La Sabre in 2004 from Sales Manager Wendall Borchert and including our favorite Service Advisor Randy Blaine. Wendall is always courteous, helpful and non aggressive in his sales approach. Randy is friendly yet professional and has our interest in mind when advising about needed maintenance and or repairs. I would definitely consider buying another vehicle from McCaddon's, that is if General Motors builds another car I like. Not a fan of the past ten years of GM production. Bob & Kathleen Simmons More
