I would not deal with another sales person when purchasing a car other than Ron because of the trust he has built with us over time. He has always tried to lower costs and meet my budget needs every time we have done business together. Justin was very good at communicating the sometimes difficult path of finance and I never felt pressured to do anything other than purchase the best vehicle for what my budget would afford. Justin did a great job of explaining the warranty options in a clear manner as well. I felt as though I was in charge of the negotiations and my decisions were most important when dealing with Ron and Justin. Also, we worked with Becky on one of Ron's days off and she was very customer oriented with us and made herself available to meet our needs in Ron's absence. Great Used Car experience I dropped in to look at a used Mazda CX-9 that I saw on the McCaddon website. Ron B. was able to get me on a test drive within 5 minutes.
