I went back two days later to purchase the car and the negotiations were very straightforward and reasonable ending at a fair price for both parties. I would not hesitate to purchase from McCaddon again in the future. A week or so after purchase I received a hand written thank you note and goody basket from Jeff. I used Edmuds.com which give a trade-in estimate and then shares your contact information with dealerships to get into the specifics. I’ve been to this rodeo before so I knew enough to use my “alternate” email address rather than my regular one so I wouldn’t get a zillion solicitations on my iPhone. That allowed me to be in charge of the timeline of my car search rather than the dealerships pinging me when they wanted to talk. I was contacted by McCaddon Cadillac’s business development representative, Amelia Metzger, who wanted to know how they could help. I went online to get my initial trade-in estimate (which was a fair price) but I wasn’t really in a place to buy right then. I wanted to do more research before I visited a dealership. I told Amelia that when she called and we agreed she would call me back in a few weeks. She did and it was just the right amount of reminder without being a pain. I told her the second time that I was about to leave on a business trip but that I appreciated her call and would be back in touch. She emailed me a week later and the timing was just right and she put me in touch with car salesman Jeff Katz. He was also just the right amount of helpful without being salesy. He returned calls promptly and invited me to come in on the Saturday I called. I’d already spent several hours on their website looking at the used vehicles that were a year or less old. I also searched Craigslist because I knew a lot of dealers put their best prices on CL. So, I visited the dealership and after a quick chat, Jeff got a couple sets of keys to show me some options. I was driving a 2011 Cadillac Escalade but I am moving into a new house that has a garage that’s too short for that vehicle so the first car I test drove was a Cadillac XTS AWD sedan. I have driven SUVs for several years and I thought the AWD was a good compromise. I chose this vehicle because I could get a luxury car with winter practicality. Jeff presented lease vs. buy options in an informative manner and it was a pleasure to spend several hours with him. While paperwork was being processed, we visited like old friends on a number of different topics. He’s got a good sense of humor and has had an interesting life. He offered food and drinks while the paperwork was being done, which was nice. The negotiation was fair and not the typical acrimonious back-and-forth. It was a Saturday so there was a little bit of a backup to get into to finalize paperwork with the Finance Services Manager so my tip to others would be to try to visit on a weekday if possible. That said, Justin Gasman, was organized, efficient, and upbeat and he was a pleasure to work with as well. Each step of the way, I was handed off to another competent and professional team members. After the deal was done, Jeff helped me get oriented to the new car, pair my cell phone, and register for On-star. He went above and beyond and it was a pleasure doing business with him and his colleagues. I work for a company that does B2B sales and I know it takes a blend of marketing, sales, and service to get a sale across the finish line. McCaddon is investing in the right mix of people and online marketing that matches the way people shop these days. I would recommend them without reservation. The experience at McCaddon Cadillac was a distinct contrast with the experience I had with Fisher Kia Honda. They gave me the salesy slimey nonsense and tried to “steal” a used car from me by offering $4K for a car that I was able to sell elsewhere for $10K and claimed that my transmission was about to fail despite the fact that I had just had the vehicle reviewed by my Volkswagon repair shop. And then insulted my intelligence when I told them I thought they were being shady with their trade-in negotiations. I’m so glad I just walked away because there are car dealerships doing business in a modern and professional manner. More

Best car buying experience I had avoided looking at McCaddon's website for several months while I was looking for cars. I finally checked their inventory and found exactly what I had avoided looking at McCaddon's website for several months while I was looking for cars. I finally checked their inventory and found exactly what I was looking for ( it had even more features than I had been looking at. I was waiting for another dealer to clean up a Buick Premium which had came in and had very low miles. McCaddon had a newer model with less miles at very reasonable price. I first contacted Zach Brick and arranged a test drive. I worked with Can Carpenter and Zach on features and dealing for the auto. I received a great deal and had a great buying experience. A family member was ill and I was able to take the car home for the evening and most of the dealing was accomplished over the phone. Zach was very knowledgeable on the make and model I purchased and extremely helpful on how to set up and activate all of the many features on the new Buick. The finance department was very helpful also, I had preapproved my financing whit my credit union but Zach and the finance manager beat the deal with the credit union. Dan and the service personnel were very helpful and made the entire buying experience one of the best I've had. This was my 6th Buick and the entire staff was great and very helpful They got me in and out and if a problem put me in a loaner car with in minutes if it was going to take any amount of time. I looked at several models and brands and wound up back with a Buick. I looked at multiple dealers and several states and think that McCaddon it the best one . More
Quick, excellent quality and painless Our 2014 Volt had a cracked plastic piece on the passenger mirror. I called and talked to Jon Berry who asked me to bring by the car to take a look. He had a parts list/diagram ready when I got there and was able to quickly identify the parts needed. They arrived within the week and we were able to quickly schedule the service. When we got there in the morning, Jon greeted me at my car and checked us in quickly. It was amazing. They knew I was waiting around and got the part fixed in 45 minutes. Very literally the best service experience I have had at any dealership. More

I will for sure recommend this dealership but most of all I will highly recommend Becky. She was amazing, she sent us a little gift of goodies for our family trip we were going on a few day's after I bought the Nissan. I was impressed she had remembered what we had talked about.
