Incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He's a sales person who isn't selling you. Listens and wants to understand what's important to you. We couldn't find the exact Yukon I wanted locally so he has spent the past week looking all over for it. Finally found one in Texas and I'm having it shipped to Colorado - he found exactly what I wanted. Took an awful lot of his time and he was great thru the process. Also had a great experience with all pricing as well as the paperwork. They were very fair in my trade in value and there were no games with trade in value vs the Yukon price. Justin Gasman who is the Finance Director, explained all the numbers to me in great detail. He was very sharp and organized so getting thru the usually painful paperwork process was smooth and fast. No hidden fees or surprises. I have to say that I'm also buying a car from a local Mercedes dealership and that has been nothing short of irritating. Playing games with prices, condescending and acting as tho they are doing me a favor, allowing me to buy from them. Night and day difference between that crew and McCaddon. If you are looking for a GMC and don't go to McCaddon and call Wendall, you are making a mistake. More

Additional Info: 1 week after we purchased our brand new Yukon from McCaddon, we hit something on I-25 that ruptured the tire and wheel. Uuuugh! I called McCaddon and Dave in the service department told me to bring it in and reassured me that they would help in any way possible. This was clearly not a warranty issue, but Dave gave us the lowest price possible to replace the tire and wheel. He also had both items in stock and had my car looking like new again within an hour for a reasonable price! We drove from Ft. Collins to purchase our vehicle from McCaddon and I am so glad we found them. It was totally worth the drive!!! More
