She listened to what I wanted to make a purchase, and went to work with her colleagues to make a deal work for me. It was a "no hassle" experience and they gave me a price for my trade-in that made the deal. Brian Hanks was great with reviewing my trade-in and putting an initial deal in front of me. For completing the purchase and financing, Justin Gasman was also great to work with and all my paperwork was in order, sequenced and easy to review and execute. I researched mid-size trucks for months, so I came into the dealership well prepared, especially in comparison to the Toyota Tacoma and Chevy Colorado I researched mid-size trucks for months, so I came into the dealership well prepared, especially in comparison to the Toyota Tacoma and Chevy Colorado. My wife and I were instantly and warmly welcomed by Becky Edmiston, who listened to us, and helped direct us to the truck that met our needs. Although going into McCaddon to check out the GMC Canyon seemed almost perfunctory since I really liked the Tacoma, within 30 minutes we were completed convinced GMC was for us, and a good amount of the credit goes to the experience we received as clients. We test drove 2 trucks, and Becky was nice enough to spend as much time as we needed to have our questions fully answered. She had another appointment after us, but professionally let us know well in advance so we could be respectful of each others' time. We came back the next day and met with Wendell, who could not have been a nicer guy and great complement to Becky. He was quite knowledgeable, and no sales pressure whatsoever. Continuing with the experience Becky started, we felt instantly welcomed and respected as customers. Agreeing upon the purchase price was easy and no hassle, and financing went without any surprises. Justin, the financial services director, is as meticulous as I am about getting things right, and we joked that we might have been separated at birth. I would highly recommend Wendall if you are need to buy a car! My financing was handled by Jason Gasman, who was extremely friendly, explained all the paperwork and I was out of his office in less than 15 minutes!
