We stopped by McCaddon's "just to see what they had available." I ended up going for a test drive in a 2011 Terrain with 31,000 miles. The car was so clean it looked new. Christian, a young man in training, took me for the drive. He was very knowledgable about the car. When we arrived back he was very patient while I looked the car over and asked many questions. We shook hands and received a business card. No pressure. I really liked the car, as it had lots of bells and whistles and was very clean. The Terrain wasnt' a car I had been looking at. I wanted to test drive a Murano and a Rogue. I went to the Nissan dealer by myself because my husband was out of town. Two men standing at the counter looked and me told me they were busy but there might be someone they could find to help. This man asked me for my keys to my old car so they could get me trade-in information. I then tested a 2014 Murano with 13,000 miles. Not as many bells and whistles but I loved the way it handled and the V6 engine. He had me sit down. I thought I was waiting to see what kind of deal they could make. The sales manager came over and pretty much said call us if you want to buy, we can talk numbers then. I went right back to McCaddon's. I was met by Wendall Borchert who took me for another test drive. I asked him what he could give me for a trade-in. He came right back with Carfax information, trade-in information and what I felt was a decent deal. When I finally made the decision to purchase the car, Justin Gasman was outstanding to work with on the loan. He had all the information ready and papers prepared to sign when my husband and I arrived, and was outstanding in explaining each option available. I really liked the Murano. I really liked the Terrain. I really, really liked the way I was treated at McCaddon's. More

I purchased a 2015 Jeep Wrangler, which isn't normally sold on their lot, but I got the impression that the high level of customer service I received was the same that is given to the Cadillac shoppers. They were also able to get me a great interest rate! Justin had all of my paperwork pre-printed when I came to finalize the deal, so the actual process only took about 15 minutes. Everyone was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Zach even checked back in to see how I was liking the car--that's not something you get very often from a dealership. I would totally recommend them to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. More

Settled on a price and put down a deposit (Saturday evening). We organized our documents and sent everything electronically to McCaddon in the next two business days. When we arrived after work Weds to pick up vehicle, ALL necessary paperwork (we had outside financing) was in place and only needed signatures. Justin Gasman, the Financial Services Director, made closing smooth as silk. We drove out with our sparkling vehicle almost immediately. Easiest car buying experience ever. More

Both of these gentlemen are true professionals and went out of their way to make the whole process a pleasant experience. I called the dealership in Boulder CO from Omaha NE and told them that I was interested in the CC. Wendall Borchert took my information on a trade, requested a reasonable down payment to hold the sale to anyone else until I could get there from 550 miles away. Justin Gasman provided me with an online loan application to be completed so that I could purchase the vehicle on Monday. I could tell that these guys worked after hours to be able to complete the sale for me so that I could return back home in time for work on Tuesday. When I arrived on Monday, Wendall was involved with someone else, so Zach Brick jumped right in and kept the ball rolling, demonstrating outstanding customer service by allowing me to test drive the VW while my trade was being appraised. Jeff Clark inspected the Volkswagen to be sure that it was mechanically sound, and they got me back on the road in time for me to travel safely back home the same day. This team shows that they are very good at what they do, especially as they were able to meet my needs on such short notice. After I had left the dealership and was 50 miles down the road, I realized that I had left a stack of CDs in the vehicle that I traded in. Wendall made sure that they were retrieved and packed for shipment to my residence in Nebraska. I highly recommend this dealership and its fine staff of employees, right down to the receptionist who checked with me often to make sure that everything was progressing in a timely manner. Thanks!
