Great Experience from OUT OF STATE Buyer Found the vehicle I was looking for on the internet, a white 2015 Yukon Denali loaded with all the options I wanted and less than 25k miles. Called the dealership and got assigned to a sales rep, Ron Buck. Ron was my "eyes" and went around the vehicle and meticulously described the few flaws. I made an offer and negotiated a very fair deal.Called Ron once more. I was somewhat rude and made sure he understood that before I got on a plane to fly to Colorado, this car needed to be exactly as described. He was polite and professional and true to his word. When I flew out to Colorado, I was picked up at the airport and driven to the dealership by a very professional young man who represented the dealership well. The car was beautiful and as described. I wasn't disappointed. I met with Ron to go through a few items and then with Justin Gasman to do all the paperwork and warranty work. Justin was organized, professional, had everything ready in advance. He explained and answered all of my questions as I signed all the documents. Ron then spent an hour with me taking me through the vehicle and showing and teaching me how all the options worked. I had to call back from Minnesota about a small issue. It was handled flawlessly! It was a fabulous experience and I would recommend McCaddon to anyone. More

I highly recommend McCaddon Cadillac Buick GMC On a Sunday I saw online a Cadillac SRX that I was interested in purchasing. Obviously the dealership is closed on Sundays. I completed the online inquiry form and credit application. Within a few hours (and on his days off) Zach Brick (internet sales director) made contact with me via email and phone confirming my appointment for later in the week. As it turned out I was able to move the appointment up by several days. Zach made sure to tell me all the necessary documents needed for the test drive and to finalize all the financing documents. I wasn’t able to get in until late in the evening, he said they were willing and able to stay late to accommodate my crazy schedule. Upon arrival Zach had the vehicle pulled up and ready. The test drive went smoothly and I was introduced to Justin Gasman (financial services director) to complete financing paperwork. Justin went over all the paperwork and explained it in simple terms making sure I had no further questions and was provided copies of all documents. Both Zach and Justin were professional and had all paperwork, documentation and information ready. They were willing (and did stay late, going the extra mile) to accommodate my hectic schedule and get everything ready for me to drive off in under 60 minutes. Both were friendly, knowledgeable and detail oriented. McCaddon is a long drive from my house but I made the choice to do business with McCaddon in part because of all the positive reviews about the dealership.
