Great comeback from our last experience We had a history of dealings with McCaddon over 20 years and previously found the dealership service to exceed our expectations for vehicle sales and We had a history of dealings with McCaddon over 20 years and previously found the dealership service to exceed our expectations for vehicle sales and service. Unfortunately the sales consultant we previously dealt with retired prior to an attempt to purchase a vehicle in 2007. The new sales consultant, back in 2007, failed to communicate with us with answers to our questions. We then took our purchases of two new vehicles to a different dealership. We recently decided to try McCaddon again when we needed to purchase a new vehicle as the dealership of our last purchase was under new ownership and we saw a decline in their customer service. We were impressed by the McCaddon staff efforts to win us back as customers. Needless to say the previous (2007) Sales Consultant was no longer employed by McCaddon. Our new Sales Consultant, Wendell Borchert, along with the rest of the McCaddon staff worked tirelessly to win us back as customers and negotiate a deal on our new vehicle. McCaddon had returned to being the dealership we loved and expected prior to our 2007 experience. They are fair, honest, helpful and caring in the purchase and service of a vehicle. Additionally we found Justin Gasmand to be friendly, helpful, caring, thorough and efficient in the process of closing the sale. Keep up the Good Work McCaddon! More
