I bought another GM car just to continue my nine year relationship with Jeff, Chris and this service department, Unfortunately, the sales department sorely lacks in care and respect of their customers, it's amazing the dichotomy between the two departments in this company. When asked how long things will take they underestimated continually, showing no regard to my prior time commitments, and very little respect for me. This is a top down problem, starting with the sales manager, Glenn Jordan, who actually hung up on me and sent me a nasty email, instead of being concerned with my displeasure with his staff. More

He explained everything very well and honestly going over every option he had at his disposal. He worked to get me a great rate and got me out of there quickly so I could get home to my family.
