They offer you a fair price for your trade, don't play games and sell great quality cars and service to go along with them. I dealt with salesman Jeff Katz, Sales Manager Zach Brick and Justin Gasman in Finance. All were very professional and the deal was done in 10 minutes and paperwork in another 15. Zach (Mr. tech wiz) and Jeff walked me through all the features on the car (the new CT6) and helped to set all the tech devices. Absolutely love the rear camera view in the rear view mirror. Extreme wide angle view that almost makes the side mirrors extraneous. The Cadillac bumper to bumper warranty for 3 years including maintenance is a great program. I have never met Mr. McCaddon but he has a great dealership and a great staff! More
