I arrived with a malfunctioning headlight on my GMC Canyon, mid-morning, asking if it's a 15 minutes repair or should I come back. Within 5 minutes the service writer figured out the problem, sent me to find/pay for the new part, and installed it in the next 10 minutes...even without charging me for labor. I could kiss his toes for eliminating this repair which would take me a lot more time to fix. How could I ask for more? More
