You couldn't have it any better! When I call Jon at McCaddon for a service appointment, it's liking making dinner reservations at a five star restaurant. "We're happy to accommodate When I call Jon at McCaddon for a service appointment, it's liking making dinner reservations at a five star restaurant. "We're happy to accommodate you Mr. XXXXXXX, what time is best for you? Once there (at the dealership) one is warmly greeted with a smile, and very efficient registration of the visit. While they don't tell me who my service tech is today (like XXX will be your waiter this evening) they do assure me my vehicle will be ready very soon. "Oh, Mr. XXXX, can we offer you a cold water wash today?" Another smile, and then please have a seat in either of our waiting rooms. Coffee or tea is also available! Before I've finished the morning paper my car is ready, clean and sparkling like new. The review of service steps taken and the cost seems like a dream. Before I know it, I'm off in my "new" car on to an errand or two for my spouse. I just love going to McCaddon. IN addition to the superb service as described above, their show room and outside grounds are almost like my favorite golf course. Say, there's an idea, McCaddon could put in a putting green! Maybe next year? More
