Amazing, non-pushy experience! I know this might sound like a fake review posted by the dealership, trust me, it’s not. I actually had that great of an experience buying my new truck. Hence the reason I felt compelled to write this review. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car they sell. See my profile and you will know I am not related to the dealership. Read below. I purchased a 2018 GMC Denali 2500HD last Saturday on the last day of the year from McCaddon GMC. I can’t even begin to explain what a wonderful and non-pushy experience it was. Even with it being the last day of the year and the common thought of pushy salesman trying to hit their numbers for year end, it was nothing of the like. My salesman Cam was a pleasure to work with. He followed me home 20 minutes each way to show my wife the truck to get the bosses approval before even being asked to start discussing a purchase. He helped me switch my personal items from one truck to the next. Glenn, the GM, gave me a very fair trade price for my old 2500HD Denali and made it a simple transition from one truck to the next. Justin in finance was nothing short of the man. He explained everything I would be getting with my truck, all the benefits of what came with it and why and why not to purchase additional items. He wasn’t pushy at all and found me a great rate that was better than I found at other dealerships. I left very happy with a new amazing truck for a better deal than I found anywhere else. I have never had such an easy and pleasant auto purchasing experience. Thanks McCaddon Team. More

Great Experience McCaddon GMC was the first dealer we went to when we considered an SUV lease. We have four kids so we needed a decent sized car. We also take the bus and walk everywhere so it sits on the curb. Thus our main concerns were the number of seats + monthly payments. We never made it to another dealer after talking to Rich. He was honest and genuine. Rather than a slick, fast-talking salesperson he was down to earth and listened intently. In the end, we felt he understood what we were looking for and didn't try to up-sell us. He patiently showed us our options and we walked away that day signing a lease for a new Acadia Denali. Perfect car for us. We also worked with Zach for financing options. We felt he was open book and didn't seem to hide anything from us. He also enthusiastically ran multiple scenarios just to test options. We felt the experience was easy, open, and we are very happy with the results and the car we drove home. We would definitely use them again and will recommend? them to others. More
Nice to work with a family owned vs corporate dealership I have purchased 1 car and 2 trucks from McCaddon over the last 10 years and have really enjoyed working with a family run business vs the corporate d I have purchased 1 car and 2 trucks from McCaddon over the last 10 years and have really enjoyed working with a family run business vs the corporate dealerships. McCaddon sales force are staffed with outstanding professionals that make the deal themselves, instead of the other guys having customer advocates that have to run back and forth to a manager to get you the best deal possible. I have found that McCaddon’s sales force are able to get the best price either the first or second try. I do compare price with the corporate dealerships and McCaddon is always lower by a significant percentage. McCaddon has another advantage in that their sales force is not staffed by people coming through a revolving door, they have the same force for many years. The two I have dealt with over 10 years is Randy Williams and Wendell Borchert. I usually purchase a vehicle every 5-6 years and it is nice to ask for a sales person that I know and is still at the dealership. Not only that, but they remember your name, whether you are in for service or just looking around. Not once has any sales person at this dealership ask ‘What can I do to get you in this car today?’. They seem to want you to check around and ensure that you are truly getting a fair price. The other departments that I commend at McCaddon’s is one of the tower managers (Zach Brick, also the Internet Sales Director) and Financial Services (Justin Gasman, Director). Even after I had agreed to the sale, Zach offered me an additional $2500 that was available to add to my down payment (yes, I accepted) and Zack made the paperwork easy to understand quick to complete. I was also offered a discount on one of the subscription services that is not available outside the dealership. Lastly, the service department is what moved both my service and purchasing business from a local Chevrolet dealership to McCaddon. After getting charges for services that I did not authorize and refusal to cover defects under the GM warranty, I went to McCaddon and did get that defect covered under warranty. Same story with the service staff, most of the staff have been with the dealership for years and remember my name and vehicles. Jon Berry is the service writer that I have used for years and is excellent with keeping me up to date regarding my repairs and any recalls that may come out. Last note, with the McCaddon staff, they all act like they are on ONE team. There is no finger pointing between Sales and Service over what someone said or promised. They just take care of the problem. Other dealerships in the area have different cost centers within their dealership, such as Service, Sales, Finance, Body Shop, etc., and they do not talk to each other. We called to get more information and reached Zach Brick, the sales manager. He was very helpful in answering our questions and confirmed that the vehicle was available for us to see. When we arrived, he turned us over to John Clark who answered more questions, accompanied us on a ride in the vehicle, had our trade-in valued (at what we considered a very fair price), and put together a quote for us. We were not ready to commit, and told them we wanted to consider our options and would call the next day. John gave us a link to complete a credit app, and did not pressure us to commit immediately -- which we greatly appreciated. The next day, we decided to complete the purchase, and John turned us over to Justin Gasman to handle the financing. Justin presented us with several options, and was very patient and professional in ensuring that we understood all of them and made the best choice for our situation. After the purchase was completed, John familiarized us with the vehicle's operation, and also introduced us to other personnel in the parts and service department for future needs -- a nice touch. Overall, our experience with the staff at McCaddon was far superior to that at the first dealership we visited, and we recommend them highly. More

Service Excellence ! I made an appointment online, it was very easy to get it set up. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by an older balding gentleman on the l I made an appointment online, it was very easy to get it set up. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by an older balding gentleman on the left end of the desks, he introduced himself as Jon Barry. At first I was thinking to myself oh great I got the old guy but JonBarry turned out to be fantastic! He was very thorough and got me all taken care of and back on the road same day. When I returned to pick up my car it was close to closing time to my surprise Jon was still at work, I would have thought because of his age he would only work a half day or taking a nap but he was still there to finish checking me out. The car was pulled up out front and was washed ready for me to go. Jon Berry gives a top-notch service experience ! More
