By the time I started working with these guys, I was starting to lose hope based on the other experiences we had been having. From my initial outreach, Glenn, Wendall and Zach were all quick to respond to my questions and unlike the other dealers these guys were always upfront and honest. I never got the pushy or deceptive sales tactics I got from some of the other dealers we had been working with. The initial interaction was done online and when I drove across town to pickup the truck, Justin and Wendall had everything ready to go. Wendall’s follow up calls to see how everything has been have continued to impress and add to the experience. From the beginning, you could tell you were dealing with a well-run family business. Best Service! We live 4 hours away but found the car we serached for online. The team at McCaddon had no problem with this and understood. We got nothing but amazing service. We emailed with many questions or called and they were happy to answer all of our questions. When we picked up the car we were greeted with a handshake and coffee. They go over the paper work thoroughly and you can call or email if you have questions. I was impressed by the 30 min of time they spent with me going over the car and the computer systems inside, I would have been lost with out that training! My new car was washed and spotless inside at pick up. As I was leaving the parking lot, I looked over to see them waving at me as I drove off in my new car. This is a high class car dealership. Beautiful building, amazing inventory of cars and great service! I would definitely buy my next car or truck from them and highly reccomend them.
