I purchased one of the newly released Regal hatchback models. Joe went through the operation of all of the features of the car with me and I felt comfortable operating all the features when I left. He even took car of all the one-time procedures like phone pairing and garage door buttons. I received a complete tour of the dealership and everyone was welcoming and friendly. Justin handled the financial end and I appreciated his professionalism and the fact my Sirius subscriptions and OnStar subscriptions were cancelled on my trade in and added to the new vehicle. I recently moved to Colorado from Ohio, and truthfully, almost considered buying my car in Ohio because I had a long term relationship with the dealer there. However, McCaddon Buick exceeded the superior service I enjoyed in Ohio, so I am glad I did business with them. More

Surprised by excellence! We went in response to an offer to buy my 2004 Buick. No interest in purchasing. We were looking at another brand recommended for senior mobility. Financing options were attractive. We are delighted. Learning all the new electronic devices keeps our 70+ brains active. The SRX is now called Mathilda. We love her. More
