BEST car buying experience EVER!! This was my first time buying a car, but I am certain that I will probably never meet another car salesman like Joe Cleland. He was absolutely incred This was my first time buying a car, but I am certain that I will probably never meet another car salesman like Joe Cleland. He was absolutely incredible! He spent almost 3 hours with me going over all the features of the car, letting me drive it, and answering all of my questions. He also was super accessible over text during the interrim period before I could officially sign off on the car. Joe was nice, funny and never made me feel pressured to purchase my 2011 Cadillac SRX. He seemed like he genuinely wanted what was best for me, regardless of if I ended up purchasing a car from him. If I could give Joe a 10 star rating out of 5 I would!! Justin Gasman was also very helpful when it came to signing the paperwork to actually purchase the car. Very professional and great with communication I saw a used car, the exact one down to the color, that I wanted so I called in and Jeff Katz answered the phone. I drove it and loved it and Jeff went to bat for me with the sales manager Zach Brick, we were able to come to an agreement on price which was great, I went to purchase the car and unfortunately it had a recall so I couldn’t take delivery, Jeff and his team got right on it and had it fixed on no time, but the part was on back order so Jeff ensured that he stayed in close communication with me, which was refreshing.
