I’ve purchased four new vehicles in the last 5 years (two different makes / 3 different models). I use the same process each time and start with 4-5 dealers to find the car and deal I want. My experience with John W. Clark and McCaddon was phenomenal. I was confident I would get the deal I wanted as I am always willing to walk away. After my initial conversations with John, it was clear I would be buying a car from McCaddon. Not only did he take the time to listen to what I wanted but he quickly understood HOW I wanted to purchase. The "How" I want to purchase is more important than what I am going to buy. Most of the other dealers just don’t get this concept. John's professionalism in working with my wife to find the car she wanted was professional, respectful and appreciated. We found the car she wanted and with a little negotiation, the deal was done. Then came the time to talk with the Finance Manager. This is where most deals get ugly and/or fall apart. Not this time. Justin Gasman was as professional as John. While he had his job to do, his approach was spot on. No surprises. No nonsense. I was in and out of the finance office in 15 minutes. By far, the easiest trip to the finance office. McCaddon has something very unique going on in Boulder. If I am in need of a new car again, I will start with McCaddon.
