He was very informed about the model we purchased and helped us get everything set up with phones, etc. before we left the dealership. Justin Gasman was our finance representative, and he was very accommodating of our wishes and processed all the paperwork efficiently and correctly. This was by far the BEST dealership experience I have ever had! We will be taking our vehicle to this dealership for service as well. They performed a one month complimentary checkup. I went to multiple dealerships and felt I knew more about the car than the sales reps until I met John. Thorough in his explanations the sales process felt comfortable and pressure free. We leased a cadillac xt5 3 years ago and Jeff calls us ever year to see how we are doing and if we need anything done. We have recommended him to our friends. Justin Gasman explain everything to us in detail and if we didn't understand the future ramifications of our decision, he would go into good detail to help us do the right thing for us.
