My extended warranty was purchased from McCaddon's and was meant to be used in Boulder; however, I live in Fort Collins and Justin was able to have it altered so that it could be used at a GMC dealership in this area. Also, after selling my vehicle a few months ago, Justin was able to get me a refund on the extended warranty. He has always been so helpful and very professional. He was very informed about the model we purchased and helped us get everything set up with phones, etc. before we left the dealership. Justin Gasman was our finance representative, and he was very accommodating of our wishes and processed all the paperwork efficiently and correctly. This was by far the BEST dealership experience I have ever had! We will be taking our vehicle to this dealership for service as well. They performed a one month complimentary checkup. I went to multiple dealerships and felt I knew more about the car than the sales reps until I met John. Thorough in his explanations the sales process felt comfortable and pressure free.
