His partner, Phil McCarren, is also excellent. I would recommend both. Prices were very fair and competitive with other dealerships. Being older people in a new modern car is a definite "learning curve" for both of us. The Elantra is very user friendly but still takes some getting use to, and Charlie as returned all my calls with after purchase questions.
