Needed a major repair which resulted in a new motor for my truck. Disappointed that my $8000+ purchase wasn’t reflected on mygmrewards account. 1 I shouldn’t need a new motor at 81,000 miles. 2 I should my truck. It took an hour and 20 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. And then I had to ask for multi point inspection sheet from the service advisor. He told me they usually don’t give them to you. And then find out more then half wasn’t even filled out. And didn’t say how the oil looked in the car. When I made the appointment I told the guy that this is a car I just got 2 months ago. I have never had such lack of communication after all it my car and you pay a lot more so you can keep your car in good running condition. Most likely will never go back. I also have a Ford vehicle and Uptown gives you all that information without having to ask for it. Service is way better. More
