I had an appointment that was scheduled out a week in advance. During the scheduling they advised me to scheduled for a Wednesday or Thursday to have the specialty spot cleaning done. Amazing service, not only was there another great special on oil change/tire rotate/inspection, they discovered leaking coolant which cold have turned out to be a disaster in the winter commuting.
