Our 2011 Buick Regal was flatbed towed in without an appointment. The key was stuck in the ignition, and there was no crank/ no start. We told him that was okay; because, BBGMC has been servicing our vehicles for the past 25+ years. We have every confidence in their ability to complete repairs properly, so why would we go elsewhere. Within 24hrs., Tim L. called, and after advising us that the battery failed the load test, he was given the go- ahead to replace it. Our car was ready for p/u that same afternoon.
