The service guy on the phone said that he "wasn't going to argue with me." A little empathy would have gone a long way here instead. Then when I came to pay at the counter, the woman was clearly working on to argue with me." A little empathy would have gone a long way here instead. I patiently waited but a quick, "I'll be with you in a second" also would have gone a long way here too. There are other GMC service centers in the area, I think I'll go elsewhere for better customer service. More
