I brought my car in for an oil change, tire rotation and new engine filter then the next day the engine light came on, service had me bring it back, I was told the service tech forgot to tighten a valve whi new engine filter then the next day the engine light came on, service had me bring it back, I was told the service tech forgot to tighten a valve which triggered the engine light. I have worked with Kevin before and have always been happy with my service other members of the service team have not been as personable. I don't like it when someone seems annoyed that a customer doesn happy with my service other members of the service team have not been as personable.
