Tim called and explained everything and told me they were both confidents this was the issue (partially clogged heater core). Had it fixed and ready to go in less than 4 hours. Tim went the extra mile and went out in the cold to assure me it was hot heat and down on the floor boards (my concern) He said I know you will be happy. And, I was, A little pricey for a flush but I know you have good people and nice facility that need to be supported. Good job by all. Thanks Tim! More
