Dustin and Carl were great. Knowledgable, responsive and easy to work with. Only brief hesitation was with the GM - I drove over an hour with my family from out of town on a Sat Knowledgable, responsive and easy to work with. Only brief hesitation was with the GM - I drove over an hour with my family from out of town on a Saturday, clearly communicating with Dustin throughout the day. After being there for 20-30 minutes was told rudely by the GM I needed to leave and come back another day because it was close to closing time - not what I expected when I was about to spend $75k+ on a car. I planned on taking my business elsewhere. Thankfully, Dustin followed up and was great at addressing my concerns and ultimately came back to work with him. Carl was very helpful and efficient with financing. I enjoyed working with him. More
