When you are in the service department you should be helping who ever is there not just certain people. I had Tim tell me he couldn’t help me because he wasn’t my advisor. So I had to wait for over 20 m helping who ever is there not just certain people. I had Tim tell me he couldn’t help me because he wasn’t my advisor. So I had to wait for over 20 minutes until some other guy who also WASN’T my service advisor come check me in so I could get to work. Tim just sat there, then just walked around. I told Tim was early so that I could get to work and he said I could wait in the waiting area until my appointment. There ended up being four people in line and he didn’t help any of us. Then a white male came in the 5th person and he helped he right away. He has lost my family and all our vehicles service and sales. What a absolute rude *** More

I have a 2020 GMC Acadia. Engine light came on. Took it to our local repair shop. They said the code was P0019 and that should be covered under warranty so we should take it t Engine light came on. Took it to our local repair shop. They said the code was P0019 and that should be covered under warranty so we should take it to our dealer. We took it to Mike Juneau for service/warranty work. They said that yes, that code is coming up. However, the check engine light wasn't on when we brought it to the dealer for service so they said they couldn't fix it yet because it wasn't all the way failed. They said they would make a note that it was failing while still under warranty. When the light was on constantly to bring it in, and they could do the repair at that time. It would still be warranty work because we brought the problem to them while still within warranty miles. Well, the light is on constantly now. They are saying your out of the warranty so we can't do the repair as warranty work. What?! This is what they told us to do. Get everything in writing. Don't believe a word they say. Second Acadia we have owned that has had a major failure around 75,000 miles. More
