We worked with Josh, who was professional, friendly and attentive. No pressure (although maybe he sensed we were ready to buy after coming back from the test drive!) and no gimmicks; just straight-up informative, helpful and responsive. Gave us a great price. Took the time to help me understand all the new bells and whistles, paired up my phone and arranged for a couple of very minor scratches on the hood and trunk to be buffed out. Bottom line: We were just as impressed with Josh as we were with the car. Overall, a really great experience. More
