The process of leasing a car was very easy because he did most of the work for me. He's not just a salesperson until the deal is done, he is my go-to person for anything related to my vehicle. He puts me in contact with the best of the best to take care of my truck. When my lease was up, he recommended someone to get a car from. There were a few minor things wrong with the vehicle before we agreed to purchase it. They fixed them immediately. Martinis was so thoughtful and considerate. We had our 3 yr old and 5 yr old with. BUYER BEWARE - After much searching, I found a used GMC Acadia Denali at Mike Juneau's that was exactly what I was looking for. I should have been the easiest sa - After much searching, I found a used GMC Acadia Denali at Mike Juneau's that was exactly what I was looking for. I should have been the easiest sale they ever made, I showed up on Friday afternoon, test drove the car I was looking for, and 30 minutes later I was ready to purchase the vehicle. I had a loan pre-approval from my credit union and went to sign the final purchase order and they would not accept the check from my credit union. They only wanted me to finance through them, despite the fact that their lending terms were not competitive. Their "compromise" to me was to finance through them and then re-finance a month later with my credit union. This was extremely disappointing and resulted in a horrible customer experience. I went on-line and expanded my search criteria to 100 miles and found a vehicle that was almost the same but cost several thousand dollars less. I drove to that dealership and purchase my vehicle with no problem. I strongly recommend you take your business elsewhere. Just expand your search criteria and you'll find more competitive dealers and dealers willing to work with you if you want to finance your vehicle through a more competitive lendor. More
