No goofing around. Bill and online team had the vehicle I was interested in, out on the lot ready when I arrived. No time wasted with sales pitches or anything. Didn’t know my free first oil change had a date limit. I am a snow bird so don’t have many miles on my car. When my friend brought in my car for oil change he was told I passed the date of my free oil cha I am a snow bird so don’t have many miles on my car. We just had to sign once we returned two days later. They encouraged us to think about such a large purchase and wanted to be sure we were completely happy. The car warranty was presented to us so we were aware of our options, but there was absolutely no discussion or pressure to purchase it. Wonderful experience!!! More
