I had been looking for a car for several weeks and I made an appointment to look at a 2020 Hyundai Tucson. Kevin confirmed my appointment that afternoon and the car was prepared in advance for my test drive. I was appreciative that they did not waste my time since I work full time and I had to do any car shopping/test drives after the work day. When we sat down to negotiate the price, I was offered a document that was professional and fair. We settled on a fair price and I was treated with respect. When I returned a few days later to pick up the car, Kevin and John had the paperwork prepared and the car ready, so there were no lengthy waits. I had not bought a car in several years and with the passing of my husband, the idea of buying a car was stressful and overwhelming. I prepared myself for this challenge by doing research on the car I wanted to buy and by doing daily searches for appropriate selections. My previous experiences at other dealerships was not favorable and added to the anxiety of this process.
