The service e advisor I worked with was “cordial” the other appeared very unpleasant. Both seemed bothered by the fact that I brought my Jeep there. I come here out of loyalty to Mike Juneau. If I didn’t know him I likely wouldn’t bother coming back. I scheduled my appointment online, it asked if I was scheduling my 2011 Terrain(which I no longer have) I selected no and picked other. In the comments I stated I was bring a 2015 Jeep Wrangler. They insisted on arguing with me about what was scheduled. And said that they may or may not have the oil filter needed for my vehicle. I was never informed one way or the other. I understand that there may be a glitch in the system, especially if they were expecting a terrain. But if there’s an issue with potential parts then there ought to be something that acknowledges that and informs the consumer prior to arriving at their appointment. More
