Poor rating is entirely reflective of corporate GMC not MJ. Extremely frustrated with the 2 month wait on parts for my work truck and the resulting loss of work. Worse yet is the lack of support of regiona MJ. Extremely frustrated with the 2 month wait on parts for my work truck and the resulting loss of work. Worse yet is the lack of support of regional service mgr on the supply management failure. He offered no customer support or parts availability updates. Also refused to call me. More
