All around satisfaction My 2013 prius was making a strange noise when accelerating. It was hard to describe the sound but Anton told me they would try to fix the problem. After a short wait, I was taken to see the problem...a stick was wedged underneath the car. It was removed, and the technician drove the car again to make sure he had corrected the problem.
