Word gets out. You hear about all the bad and negative things because it's our nature to tell it. We sit and listen. Not too many speak about wonderful experiences....it's just not that interesting. I am not too hard to please and I know exactly what I want, but I have been known to be picky and aim for perfection. I would like to tell my story about a positive experience I had there. I hope it helps in some way to make your car shopping experience less stressful. Our time is valuable and we like to move on to the next project in life. I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Dustin Harper. He's on the ball! I love it when someone is on my side. It wasn't just a sell for him, it was a friendship, service you could trust all the way to the end. I don't know why I shop around because I always end up at Mike Johnsons in Hickory. I have done business with Andy Lawhon in the past and have purchased over 4+ with him because he as well treats me the way a customer should be treated. Dustin Harper has the people skills that just come natural to him because he loves what he does, where he works and it shows. got a new rav 4 my husband and I went here to trade our camary in for a truck. we were told if we purchased this car and made payments for 12 months we would be able my husband and I went here to trade our camary in for a truck. we were told if we purchased this car and made payments for 12 months we would be able to come back and get a truck. well that was a lie. they tried to stick us with another car but i refused. we ended up with the rav 4. it wasnt what we wanted but it got us out of a car we hated. in the future if we decide to get another automobile it wont be from there.
