I have had experiences where I've walked into other dealerships and no one even speaks. It's kind of like visiting a church where when you leave and not want to re-visit because you felt invisible? Word gets out. You hear about all the bad and negative things because it's our nature to tell it. We sit and listen. Not too many speak about wonderful experiences....it's just not that interesting. I am not too hard to please and I know exactly what I want, but I have been known to be picky and aim for perfection. I would like to tell my story about a positive experience I had there. I hope it helps in some way to make your car shopping experience less stressful. Our time is valuable and we like to move on to the next project in life. I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Dustin Harper. He's on the ball! I love it when someone is on my side.
