Word gets out. You hear about all the bad and negative things because it's our nature to tell it. We sit and listen. Not too many speak about wonderful experiences....it's just not that interesting. I am not too hard to please and I know exactly what I want, but I have been known to be picky and aim for perfection. I would like to tell my story about a positive experience I had there. I hope it helps in some way to make your car shopping experience less stressful. Our time is valuable and we like to move on to the next project in life.
