Many years and many thousands of dollars spent at this dealership: Last two visits they have conveintly forgotten to apply my loyalty coupons to my service bill, even though I provided the coupons to the dealership: Last two visits they have conveintly forgotten to apply my loyalty coupons to my service bill, even though I provided the coupons to them before they began the service work. Also are becoming obsessed with upselling for things that were just done the last visit (4 months ago}, like brake fluid and engine coolant. I warned advisor that I would take my 6 vehicles elsewhere for service if this doesn't stop. All credibilty is lost when the mechanics start telling you that you need to do things that were just done, and they haven't even taken time to look at the vehicle or the last service records. Mike, my wife and I spend a lot of money with your dealership, but if you don't clean it up, we're gone. People are not stupid. Brake fluid and engine coolant do not need to be replaced every few months. Don't send out loyalty coupons to good customers if your people are not going to apply them without being called out for trying to slide by without doing so. More
