Poor Customer Service I noticed that the car I purchased in late December 2015 had possible mechanical issues. Took the car back to Mike Johnson's for evaluation in the Ser I noticed that the car I purchased in late December 2015 had possible mechanical issues. Took the car back to Mike Johnson's for evaluation in the Service Dept. and waited for 2+ hours. Was then given a $900+ estimate for repairs. When I complained to the service technician I was told that the car passed a safety inspection. It was not disclosed to me that the car would need extensive repairs prior to purchase. I have left several messages for the sales manager, and he will not return my calls. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Service Department Jose and Phillip helped me check in and out and did a great job. Whoever did the service on the car tho didn't do such a great job. They rated my battery as good, so I don't think they even checked it. I had my battery die twice on me before this service and forgot to mention it before the service was done. I mentioned it to Jose as he was checking me out and he went and checked the battery himself and it needed to be replaced. More
