He took my order, gave me a time when my truck would be finished, and when I returned after taking care of some errands, my truck was ready and we settled the business matters. Poor Customer Service I noticed that the car I purchased in late December 2015 had possible mechanical issues. Took the car back to Mike Johnson's for evaluation in the Ser I noticed that the car I purchased in late December 2015 had possible mechanical issues. Took the car back to Mike Johnson's for evaluation in the Service Dept. and waited for 2+ hours. Was then given a $900+ estimate for repairs. When I complained to the service technician I was told that the car passed a safety inspection. It was not disclosed to me that the car would need extensive repairs prior to purchase. I have left several messages for the sales manager, and he will not return my calls. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Service Department Jose and Phillip helped me check in and out and did a great job. Whoever did the service on the car tho didn't do such a great job. They rated my battery as good, so I don't think they even checked it. I had my battery die twice on me before this service and forgot to mention it before the service was done. I mentioned it to Jose as he was checking me out and he went and checked the battery himself and it needed to be replaced. More

Great Express Service Department Scott Wheatley is great. He will have your car in and out and ready to go before you know it. You are out of there in less the 45 minutes for a norma Scott Wheatley is great. He will have your car in and out and ready to go before you know it. You are out of there in less the 45 minutes for a normal service, unlike down at the dealership where it could be 2 plus hours. Scott at the Express on the the hill is the way to go! More
