WAITED A LONG TIME WOULD NOT TAKE COUPON I CAME IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION. THE SERVICE GUY TOLD ME I NEEDED FRONT BRAKES AND ROTORS TURNED. I TOLD HIM I THOUGHT I HAD A COUPON. I CAME IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION. THE SERVICE GUY TOLD ME I NEEDED FRONT BRAKES AND ROTORS TURNED. I TOLD HIM I THOUGHT I HAD A COUPON. HE GAVE ME 10% OFF. HE WOULD NOT TAKE MY COUPON FOR $89. HE SAID IT WAS JUST FOR THE BRAKES. I DON'T KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS. IT COST ME $178 FOR A FRONT BRAKE JOB. VERY DISAPPOINTED. More

First time I complain! Please note this is my first complaint about your service. I had a 1:30 appt. to get new tires all around. Only one other car was in the service area Please note this is my first complaint about your service. I had a 1:30 appt. to get new tires all around. Only one other car was in the service area besides mine. I complained to a woman after 2 hours. Tabitha came in at some point to let me know my car would soon be ready. At 4:30 Tabitha came to tell me my car was ready. I cannot complain about Tabitha in any way at all. I let her know I was upset but she was very respectful, sweet, and helpful! I don't understand what happened but I do know that it doesn't take 3 hours to get old tires off, new ones on, balancing them, etc.! I will probably never know the truth as to why this happened but I am still upset about being treated this way and will dread going back for service there. More
